Hi sir. My platelets count becomes low in every after four months then wht should I do for increasing my platelets.

First of all you need to find out the cause and there is no need to monitor platelets regularly , unless you have any disease of platelet or any treatment like chemo. IF low there is platelet concentrate for transfusion
