Which foods helps me to reduce high bp. I have heredity of bp. My parents and siblings all bp patient and taking medicine. My bp reduce due to some life style change and walking. Now systolic ranges 118 to 128 and diastolic 89 to 97. I have mild chest pain also radiating shoulder neck left arm. Why chest pain? Is still I have risk? Can heredity bp cured? My age 36.

Yes 97 is high. It’s not curable but can be controlled effectively with homeopathy medicines. Then slowly you can stop medicines. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
