Sir, uterus is enlarged in size. A hypoechoic sol (3.81*4.26 cm) is seen in myometrium. Cervix appear clearly. Endometrium not clearly delineated. Uterus =6.49*9.79*5.13 cm. This hypoechoic sol was 1 cm before 7 months ago. Can you tell me surgery is needed or not? And is it dangerous?
