I am suffering from depression and high blood pressure. Doctor has prescribed me tazloc am 40 and corbis - 5.is there any psychiatrist side effect of corbis 5.i am taking desvenlafaxine 50 twice, mirtazapine 15 and escitalopram 10 for depression.

Dear lybrate-user, it is nice that you are taking both bp and psychiatric treatment. Corbis will be helpful to reduce few anxiety symptoms and it will not cause serious psychiatric side effect. You need to meet the psychiatrist repeatedly to adjust the doses of these antidepressants.

Dear Lybrate user, it must be hard going through depression. With regards to side effects a psychiatrist will be best to answer. But if your worried about side effects and medications you can try a combination of medication and psychological counseling/therapy. This combination will work best. Therapy will help you manage depression with certain strategies, techniques and skills. Especially cognitive behaviour therapy is proven and widely used to treat depression. Therapy will also help you in the long term. Once you've learned to manage, you can reduce your dependence on medications as well. Please consult a psychologist. Increase your desvenla to 100 mg 1 0 1 depression is a very common problem. There are so ever so many much worse than u. Yours is a little problem no need to worry. Stop smoking and alcohol have regular exercise like walking swimming cycling jogging with friends for one hour holidays once in a week dailyyoga, scheduling activities hobbies social service take fish and vegetables exercise.
