Hello doctors i'm diabetic from 6 years and also thyroid patient last year 2020 aug I got covid at serious node level 2 and stayed 17 days in hospital .god grace I survived thnx to medical team .now my problem start here my bsl reached above 360 due to steroid's treatment I hv given hba1c 11.3 due to high bsl level fungal infection caught me I told to my doc they gave candid b and fluconazole 150 it clear almost after 10/12 days .and it continues comes and good easily now main problem starts in this 2021 now hba1c is 7 again hit by fungal infection on my genital area .this time doctor first prescribed me fluconazole later on itraconazole and ketoconaze topical solution .but again it comes back now they give luliconazole 1% topical cream .it clear the surface and within 2 days it again became red and inflammation. It doesn't go please help what to do.
