Hello doctor, I have upper molar tooth pain and also facial pain. Kind of radiation spreading to cheek bone and left part of eye and head. I am also experiencing some foul smell while inhaling and when swallowing some weird taste coming. Please advice what could be the problem. Thank you.

hello lybrate user... the upper molar teeth pain is due to dental caries in that teeth.. the dental caries cause reffered pain certain times depending on cavity depth and infections.. foul smell can also be due to dental caries.. first I advice you to take an orthopantamogram and verify the condition of the teeth and do restoration or root canal treatment.. the foul smell will go after this treatment.. if the feel the foul smell after dental caries management means, go for scaling.. after dental caries management, also if you have referred pain means, check for upper wisdom teeth impaction.. do salt and warm water rinse.. consult me for further details and pain killers.. thank you..
