Sir, I am a diabetic for a decade. Hba1c 6.2.lipid, kidney and liver profiles are normal. On novastat 10 mg, teneligliptin 20 mg, benidipine 8 mg, pioglitazone 7.5 mg. My fasting blood sugar 110 and ppg 135. B.p 116/79. For a month I have been suffering from neck mild pain, shoulder and upper back ribs pain and mild knee pain. I went to a cardiologist and ecg is normal. I was on pregabalin but I stopped becoz of edema or swelling as I am taking pioglitazone. Please suggest treatment for pain which I have mentioned. My egfr is normal. Weight 57 kg. Height 5.11.on diet compliance. Brisk walk daily.
