Sir/ma'am, I started my acne vulgaris treatment 3 weeks ago my dermatologist recommended azithromycin 3 time a week for 3 week and aziderm 20% cream at night with clindamycin phosphate topical lotion 2 time a day on back. Now after 3 week there are no acne and only marks are left. The doctor has recommended aziderm and kojivit ultra gel at night. Should I use both creams at night or one of them should be used in morning. Kindly recommend which cream should be used when. Given that both are to be used one time per day as per my doctor.

Use one cream morning and another at night. However treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne.
