My neurologist prescribed "pregabid 75 mg" thinking that I have nerve compression in my upper and lower back. But after 4 months, when my pain was not going, he again diagnosed me, and it came out that I have some muscle spasm in my back. Still, he has asked me to continue taking half pregabid for 20 days, then on alternate days, then stop it. But I want to stop this medicine now. So could someone tell me how to stop this medicine, because after stopping I get back pain again, so should I take hifenac Mr. which is a painkiller. Rather than taking pregabid for 40 days?
