My friend 26 year male, 3 months ago his usg kub report is 5.7 mm stone in the mid calyx of right kidney. Bt now his stone is passing away. 1 week ago his usg report is grade 1 prostate enlargement with nil post void residue. Prostate measures 3.26�4.20�3.47 cm=24.87 gms. Recently a little pain occurs in the top of his penis. We consult nearby hospital and the dctr advised to take tab flotral/alfoo (10 mg)-1 tab hs� cont. Can anything be serious? He is worried about it. Is the medicine is helpful? Pls ans me.

He doesn't require treatment for prostate, symptoms due to stone need attention and stone size is very less so it just require prevention therapy.

26 years is not age of prostate enlargement and 24.87 gm is acceptable weight of prostate. Pain in tip of penis is because of stone moving down in ureter. Get a usg done after 3 months. Medicine prescribed is appropriate.
