I have filled my 6 teeth in the year of 2012 at vasan dental care. A week ago one of my teeth lost filling and left a hole. Now while eating I noticed bleeding from it. Now what kind of treatment I can expect and and how much it cost approximately.

Hello Lybrate user. The restoration can get fractured ir dislodged after few years. It depends on the usage and food habits and oral hygiene maintenance. The dislodged restoration will leave the cavity behind and infection to this cavity, causes pulpal irritation which is causing you bleeding from that teeth. I advice you to take an intra oral periapical radiograph of that teeth. And consult me. Because, knowing the condition of the teeth is essential before proper and confirm diagnosis. Mostly, root canal treatment may be done. For confirm diagnosis, consult me with intraoral periapical radiograph. Thank you.

Replacement filling should be done if the tooth decay involved root it cause bleeding if you have gingivitis it also cause bleeding from gums scaling and root canal filling according to the needful should be decided.
