After mopping the floor with phenyl, when the floor dries up, is it safe if my body or clothes come in contact with the floor? Can phenyl poisoning take place from touching the dry floor?

Dear Mr. lybrate-user please do not worry. In such a case, no poisoning can occur with such low strenght of phenyl as is used for mopping. However, if you are experiencing some problems, there might be another reason for it. Please do consult a physician if that is the case.
