Hello, thanks for the query. From the glucose levels mentioned it is clear that you have uncontrolled diabetes, this needs urgent treatment initiation. Please do not waste time. In this communication we are supposed to give general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. So my suggestion is please come back in a private conversation (paid consultation) with following details: fasting & pp glucose of the day, hba1c%, lipid profile, serum creatinine and urea, bp readings, weight, height (correct), dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise. Then I will be able to give specific guidance and even prescribe the necessary medications. I hope you are aware that in a well controlled diabetes patient fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, after food glucose should be 150 to 170 mg, hba1c% < 7% at 60 years or above. Uncontrolled diabetes can cause serious long term complications affecting all the vital organs and systems. So please take immediate action. If you are not interested in online consultation then please consult your local physician immediately. Please take care. Thanks.

Probably you might need insulin. Need to know your hba1c. Even if started on tablets you might need insulin in the long run. Please consult and endocrinologist before experimenting with home remedies.
