Resistant depression since last 10 year. Sever anxiety, antidepressant are not working. Many antidepressants and antipsychotic have tried. Ect 5 sitting taken but no response. No focus, no concentration, memory problem also. Restlessness every time, ecssesive worry about illness and future. suicidal thought coming. Hello yes, ketamine infusion helps but its effect is short lived. Most studies show that its effect will wear off in a couple of weeks, if not earlier. You will need ultimately a better course of medicines. I do not know what else have you tried for this, but normally for trd (treatment resistant depression) you will need to use a combination of a snri+ tca / snri + nassa or / snri + ssri and augment it with lithium+ low dose atypical antipsychotic.
