I am a 40 years female. I am having low back pain. Was advised by doctor to go for mri. Report shows broad based right paracentral herniation with superior migration atd12-l1 level causing mild to moderate impression on theca sac andtraversing right l1 neve root.? bilateral shallow foramina herniation at l4-5 level causing minimalimpression on theca sac and exiting bilateral l4 nerve roots. Mildligamentum flavum / facial hypertrophy. Pls suggest what to do?
