Hello sir, I am 74 years male. In the last 20 days I felt 4 times severe sudden dizziness and twice of them along with sweating. At that time it is quite impossible for me to stand. After some time it becomes ok. Previously also it happened to me but in an interval of some years. Last year i. E in 2020 january also this happened once. At that time my bp was high- 170/90. I am taking eslotel 2.5 and met xl 50 once daily. Today I went to hospital and an ent specialist checked. Today my bp is 130/84. He recommended vertidiz thrice daily, cyra d, dimox 250 twice. Kindly suggest what to do.
