Can I take any supplements to boost my growth hormone? And if yes what are they? I've already went to a doctor to do it but she told me to do a xray of my wrist to see if my bones have stopped growing and if not I can continue but sadly it showed that I have well developed bones of an 18 year old (i was 16 then). She said I couldn't take hgh and that it would cause me problems. Can taking supplements that increase hgh help or did I stop growing all together? Im talking about supplements like ibutamoren and allinine or citrulline. Also something maybe out of topic but i'm insecure about my chin and I read that hgh could increase chin length, can these supplements help in that even if they didn't help my height and could I have hgh deficiency hence why I have a recessed chin and am short? I'm 170 cm and am 17 years old (almost 18).
