I have a patient with alcohol disulfiram reaction, he vomits severely. Can you suggest me a medicine for antidote for this?

Dear Amit, If he vomits severely, his BP might have come down. He needs saline drip or dopamine drip to bring his BP to be above 90 systolic. After that he will sleep deeply and become fine. Vitamin C 500 mg in the drip is also helpful

Disulfiram reaction is a medical emergency which needs to be treated in hospital icu set up. Do not try home remedies, and rush to nearest hospital with facilities. Good luck.
