I take duolin inhaler once everyday as prescribed by Dr. Sushil jain due to mild asthmatic conditions and chest congestion. Despite doing crunches and other exercises my body is increasing (stomach and waistline). Also my food is lesser than my 13 year old son. Is that due to inhaler? Is duolin steroid based? Does prolong use cause gastric problems? Is gerd by anyway reason for my increased size?

Hello, yes duolin is steroid but in very low quantity in inhaler but not recommended for life long, and respiratory issues are inter connected with digestive system, you need proper daily protocol along with ayurvedic medication, take only two meals, and milk aur fruits in between, breathing exercises. Like pranayam, anulom vilom etc. Take full course of ayurvedic medication along with panchakarma treatment as these treatment protocol has no side effects, and panchakarma detoxify the whole body, and very beneficial for respiratory symptoms like asthma.
