My mother is diabetes patient our doctor prescribed her glycomet gp 2 and becosules capsule but she do not have any effect of becosules capsule she's health is not good.

I have seen the details. But from the given information it is not clear how well diabetes is controlled. Basically when diabetes is not in control (Ideal fasting < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, after  food glucose 150 o 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5%), the patient feels healthy and energetic. So first and foremost is to achieve strict glucose control, that helps in good health. Becosules is given as to provide required vitamins.  So please look at the glucose levels. If her health is not improving there must be other reasons behind it. Vitamin supplements do not improve health unless the body is deficient or requires a boost in certain conditions.

You can take tablet triglimiprex 1 that's dose is half tab b.d, and cap pregabanyl 1 cap at bed time, no any food restriction. You can take rice, potatoes, sweets etc.
