Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. When a person is on adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, TSH is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms of that condition are in check. Since your TSH is lower than normal lower limit, the dosage of Levothyroxine has to be reduced by at least 12.5 mcg to 87.5 mcg or 88 mcg. This strength tablets are available. Then please check the TSH again after 6 weeks to see if desired level is achieved or not. Simultaneously blood glucose also needs to be in good control with fasting < 100 mg or closer to it, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5%. If you have any questions please do come back, Thanks.
