My wife is 40 years old, first kid is 7 years old and he has mild to moderate autism, my wife do not have any health issue and weight is 68 kg, 3 months ago a miscarriage happened, her amh is 0.89, she is taking ovigyn d3 and folion-d since 3 months as suggested by doctor, same doctor suggested to take ivf help also but we want to go with natural pregnancy, can we succeed naturally? What can we do to avoid any other miscarriage, should we plan naturally or ivf is the only option now?
