I am 69 and reside in delhi. Thanks to the pandemic, most of the time is spent indoors. I do go out for walks and household work but would havecliked to be as active as I was before. Lately I have begun to feel a sense if fatigue and a slight weakness in the knees when I do sitting exercises or take a long walk. Is this normal or a sign if some deficiency?

It could be normal. However if concerned, get a cbc and blood sugar random test done. Thereafter try to increase your activity at home or it will become a vicious cycle----less activity leading to fatigue leading to lesser activity and more fatigue. Take care.
