Quit smoking 8 months back feeling nose congestion from 7 days from yesterday afternoon amount of phlegm increased also feeling body pain, running nose and headache since yesterday night today have chunk of dried blood in sputum while clearing throat and few times less then drop of blood while inhaling nose mucus in throat and then clearing it. Please evaluate.

Montek lc one at night. Sputum for complete n microscopic zeil nelson stain. If negative not to worry force full cleaning broke capillaries do some time it happens. Ambrolyte s syears 10 ml at night for five days. Light diet plenty of liquids luckwarm. You can go to pbm hospital medical outdoor.
