3 month ago I was diagnosed with pangastritis and after repeated endoscopy still there was erythema in antrum part of stomach. And I have read that chronic inflammation can cause cancer .i cannot sleep well I have lost all my strength everyday I feel like having cancer in my stomach, colon or brain tumour what should I do .sometime suicidal thoughts comes in mind how to overcome all this fear my age is 22.

You seem to have only a gastritis and all peoeple have this at some time in their life and all will not get cancer as you fear. You need to calm down and learn to relax your mind and avoid spicy foods and alcohol and live happily. Do not smoke also.
