I am taking aripiprazole, fluvoxamine maleate extended and clobazam for ocd for the past 2 days at night prescribed by doctor. After taking it the first day night, from next day morning I started feeling sleepy, tired and also have diarrhoea two times a day and chills. Is this sleepiness and tiredness because of the tablets? And also I slept late at night at 12: 00 on that day when I took the tablets. So does the tablets cause sleepiness and tiredness because I slept late? And it's been 3 days and I am feeling the same sleepiness and tiredness. What should I do?

This combination is are to be given together as first choice, unless you have been treated before with a single medicine and has not worked. The sedation part is definitely due to the medicine, consult your psychiatrist again with the complaints and get it revised, else seek a second opinion. Good luck.

Hello, clobazam is never taken for a long period. Sleepiness is due to clobazam mostly. Try tapering off clobazam. For initial 7 days take half the dose then for next 7 days one fourth of the dose then stop clobazam.
