Hello, your 2d echo just suggests high bp related changes nothing to worry. Just like after lifting weights daily in gym your arm muscles enlarge, your heart muscle has enlarged the same way due to pumping against high blood pressure. If you control your bp aggressively by taking regular medication and lifestyle modifications, these changes can be reversed. There is nothing to panic or worry. Follow dash diet (search on google, avoid excess salt intake, alcohol and smoking. Exercise regularly and keep body weight in control. Do not stop medicines on your own. Take care. Stay safe. Have a great day.
