T3 0.78 t4 7.6 tsh 3.44 I am using thyronorm 75 mg from last two years. Above values are from recent test report. Should I continue the 75 mg or can be reduced. Please advice.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Your thyroid hormone levels are quite good, which means current dosage of the medication is adequate. There is no need to change. Ideally with adequate dose of levothyroxine tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l at which the condition is well controlled with no symptoms. So at present do not change the dose. Do check thyroid hormones once in 3 to 6 months. Thanks.
