lybrate-user ji, thanks for the query. Blood glucose pp 240 mg ye kafi jyada hai. Ideally aap ki umra ke hisab se fbg should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Therefore, to reach this target there is a need to look at your overall treatment, which includes your current drugs & dosage, dietary pattern, weight maintenance and regular daily exercise for over 1 hour. Aap ka vajan kareeb 55 to 56 kg rehana hai, isaka matalab 6 kg extra hai. So only changing the dosage is not the remedy. Please come back with fasting, pp, glucose, hba1c%, lipid profile, dietary details, extent of daily exercise & bp readings, then I will be able to guide specifically.
