I am a diabetic and take the following medicine. 1) glucophage r (metformin hydrochloride) 2) astrix (aspirin 100 mg) 3) urimax 0.4 mg4)deplus 2000 (vitamin d) 5)vaptor (rosuvastatin 5 mg) 6)diamicronmr 30 mg7) inosita 50 mg (sitagliptin) can I use sparingly from time to time slagra 50 mg when I take the above medicine?

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. From that I understand that there is diabetes, enlargement of prostate & dyslipidemia. However, there is no information how well diabetes or blood glucose is controlled. Usually ed (erectile dysfunction) is noticed when glucose is not well controlled. I am sure you are aware that in a well controlled diabetes patient fbg should be <100 mg or closer to it, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <7%. As regards taking sildenafil 50 mg you can definitely take it occasionally as & when required. But if you have any cardiac issues then be careful. Thanks.
