Need to get an xray done of the tooth for proper diagnosis in case of secondary caries below the restoration/filling. Need to go for re-restoration or rct depending upon the condition.

What is the nature of the pain? If pain is intermittent without much discomfort then I think it may be due to eating something hard. If the pain is continuous then it is quite possible that the nerve is infected. Its better to get it checked out from a nearby dentist.
