Tvs report uterus: anteverted bulky measuring 7.2 x4. 5 x5. 6 cm, two intramural seeding fibroids, one along uterine fundus measuring 1.1 x.07 another anterior wall measuring 0.9 cm, myometrium appears slightly heterogeneous, normal in shape and echotexture. endometrium central measuring 0.4 cm. (patient age 38 years and ectopic pregnancy history right tube removed since then never got pregnant) please help.
