I am 21 years old male my ecg shows sinus tachycardia at rest but echocardiography is normal, I can also feel pressure in the chest and also shortness of breath and I am also feeling tired. Doctor I google these things and it shows symptoms of heart attack. Please doctor tell me how can I prevent it. I don't want to die doctor. Please save me.
