I got some bruises two days back in a minor road accident, but my left hand palm skin is scratched out completely and it's paining allot and swollen. Also it cause so much discomfort due to which I couldn't sleep properly in night and whenever I put or hang my hand downwards it pains at my left hand palm wound. Also my left feet upper skin is a bit scratched and my left feet as swollen as well. Till now i've took voveran sr 75 one after dinner and one after breakfast but it's not very effective. Can anyone guide me what should I do to relieve the pain and decrease the swelling.
