I have pcos, I have not had my periods since 4 months. My gums suggested taking duphaston10 mg for 10 days one pill. Still I should have had my periods by 7 oct but there has just been spotting twice. Should I wait for the periods or re-take the entire course of the same medicine?

Hello, you need treatment fro PCOD and not menses. duphaston is only going to initiate a progesterone withdrawal and not treat pcod. You may follow up if you need treatment.
