After smoking for at least 12 years, daily 6,7 cigrate, on 24 august 2021, I started my quit smoking journey. All at sudden I had tonsil issue, throat pain for few days, gone for doctor, got some level of relief but still throat pain and something stuck in throat sensation was there, finally on 2 oct 2021 visited ent specialist and got advice as nothing serious and got medication of avirampx 625 daily 3 times, zerodol mx daily 2 times and zincovit daily 1.now 10 oct 2021 pain gone, neck swelling gone, something stuck in throat feeling also gone .now the problem is my teeth starts hurting and I feel heaviness on ears too. Feels like my facial muscles are stiff suggest me where I go now for the relief its been more than 40 days I fighting not to smoke again, I was also said that my stress and anxiety is high (psychologist checkup as of 11 sept 2021) guide me.
