My doctor has prescribed me clonazepam 0.25 at sos basis for anxiety. But whenever I take it then my heartbeat goes to 110-120 bpm and bp goes to 130/90. I am also taking some other medicines (prescription attached). I have been anxious about my health from last 5 months. I feel like I am going to have a heart attack and I will die. I also feel chest pain. After taking medicine my condition has improved but still I feel anxiety sometimes and the clonazepam tablet reduce it but increase hr and bp. I am doing 30 min walk, meditation and sunbathing daily. My ecg echo tft lipid blood sugar tsh b12 d3 lft kft whole abdomen ultrasound is normal. Please tell me shall I continue using clonazepam or change it with stresnil etc. My heartbeat ranges from 70 to 120. Shall I continue with 30 minutes walk.

Hello, you can safely continue 30 minutes walk. The medicines you are taking are anxiety medicines. This is nothing heart related. I suggest for anxiety medicines you consult a psychiatrist rather than a cardiologist take care.
