I am a senior citizen of 66 years from bangalore. 20 days back, while walking in the morning- I fell trying to avoid a muddy puddle in the park- body weight (60 kgs) came on my right shoulder- having frozen shoulder as diagnosed by st johns hospital. recommend tens physiotherapy. Took physiotherapy for more than 15 days- but not able to move right arm above- can I go for dry needling treatment to regain my mobility s manjunatha m mobile.

Respected Lybrate user. For frozen shoulder" not only needs" tens/ wax therapy. Etc. But also regular home ex's with regular check-ups of your physical therapy treatment. There are many techniques are available in your problem. So don't be feel bad about your problem. Dry needling" is one of the onece. Manual therapy also available it. Be confident.
