41 years male, coronary angiogram- left system, left main: normal, lad: diffuse 70-80% stenosis in ostial lad, lcx: 30 stenosis in distal lcx. Right system, rca: normal. Diagnosis: single vessel disease (svd). They asked me to choose either open heart surgery or stein, which one should I choose?
