Medication with retinoids or antimycotics, 13-cis-retenoic acid, carotenoids, Vitamin C, E, Natural agents (green tea) & Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents 
Surgical excision,
 Cryosurgery, 
Laser evaporation or laser excision.

Hello Lybrate user. I advice you to identify the cause of leukoplakia. And stop it. That will be the permanent solution. Even after taking medications and other treatment like surgical excision, there are chances of leukoplakia to reoccur in case of without stopping the cause of leukoplakia. The causes may vary like, smoking, alcoholism and many more. Consult me for further details. Thank you.
