27 years old. From last 3 years high bp. 6 days before 200 bp, not controllable by medicine. After tests, heart capacity 30%, infection/ cyst in kidney. Creatinine level 5.8. Got admitted in hospital. Discharged after 3 days with prescribed medicines. Still bp 160 and creatinine level is 5.7.

Follow advise of your nephrologist regarding diet and water intake as long as you are urinating frequently with normal amount of urine output, no facial swelling and lower limbs edema, no breathlessness---no need to worry much. Along with rft please do electrolytes to and check for potassium levels.
