Hello. I am 47 yo male have bp around 150/110 so took tests rft, cbc, lft,cholesterol, urine routine, thyroid etc. Where my cholesterol levels are 224 and sgpt- 58. A dietician diagnosed it as dyslipidemia and fatty liver grade 1. I am on losartan 50 mg 1 od since last 6 years. Pls suggest medicines/treatment.

Hello, bp of 150/110 is quite high. If this bp is with losartan 50 then you need dose modification for bp. Secondly, your total cholesterol is high. But whether you meed medicines for cholesterol or not depends upon your complete lipid profile report and risk assessment. For that I need further details.
