I am diabetes patient last 5 years and also in depression. Eat metformin glimepiride voglibose allopathy medicine for diabetes. Lack of energy stamina and decrease sexual power pls suggest medicine for diabetes weakness.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. From which it is clear that you have diabetes since last 5 years and are metfoormin, glimiperide & voglibos and also have developed erectile dysfunction (ed). But there is no mention of current glucose levels (fasting & pp, hba1c%, lipid profile, bp readings, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise. Without all the necessary information there is no way to suggest any medication or give any advise. Please understand in a person with diabetes if it is not well controlled, there is a possibility of developing a variety of long term complications much early. These include peripheral neuropathy, ed and many other issues associated with small and large blood vessels. Ideally in a well controlled diabetes patient fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, pp 150 t1o 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Therefore, my suggestion is please come back with all the necessary information preferably in a private conversation so that I will be able to give specific guidance and also prescribe necessary medication.
