I am 42 years male. I have temperature since last 3 days. Today I went for lab test and dengue nsi is reactive, mcv 71.6 fl, platelet count 0.96 l, pcv 33.4% please advise the way forward.

platelet count low. Every alternate day you need to go for platelet count. If it's upto 45 ,000 you can stay home with absolute bedrest. Treatment gudcef cv 200 two times a day after food for five days or till fever persist calpol 650 four times a day after food. Montek lc one at night for five days or more. Pan d one in empty stomach for seven days. Platiza tab three times a day after food for five days. (papaya base) to increase platelet. Home remedies plenty of citrus fruits lemon, kiwi, mausambi, gooseberry. Papaya leaf wash properly churn in collect juice, 10 ml three-time a day. U can add honey if non diabetic. Important watch for rash vomit or any g I symptoms. Plenty of water n liquids light diet.
