Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the query. You have mentioned about having diabetes as well as depression. But there is no information on blood glucose, (fasting & pp), hba1c%, lipid profile, dosage of medications being taken, dietary details and extent of daily exercise. With out having all the necessary information, there is no way to advise. Problems with sexual performance are quite often seen as a complication of diabetes, particularly if blood glucose is not well controlled. Another important aspect is that with a bmi (body mass index) of 26.93 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter) you are going towards grade 1 obesity. Have an excess of over 11 kgs. This is also contributing for improper control of blood glucose. So please come back with all the necessary details, then only I will be able to guide specifically.
