My chest sternum's manubrim is create pain and ribs its so stretchfull. So much time my heartbeat is go high. Manubrim is going some out. Pls suggest me what I do. doctor says its not worried condition. Some months ago doctor advised me get me vitmanine d and c test, and after report doctor says I need vitamin d and c tablet.

you may be having deficiency of vitamin D . if you press the sternum it pains is indicative of vitamin D deficiency which helps absorption of calcium for formation of bone .you can have exposure to ultraviolet rays of the sun which converts the eargosterol pigment which is present in the skin to vitamin D.you should consult a medical specialist. for assessment and further management.
