I pounded my gums with a cylindrical plastic object, it caused to swell gum at one tooth. Unconsciously I brush swollen gums and it receded to roots. It is almost 1 year due to covid I can't get dental checkup. please help me. Tooth is half loose and I got one more tooth beside it, it is healthy. What to do?

Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. Bleeding is also due to infected & swollen gums. Advise investigation (opg x-ray) with clinical examination for the treatment to check for bone loss & pockets. Adv. Artificial enamel filling, deep cleaning or surgical curettage, a gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

Hello now that you already know that using of the plastic object and forcefully brushing on the gums has led to recession of your gums and the tooth has become mobile. So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer. But if the mobility is more or bone loss is more then extraction would be the only option. Kindly attach some photographs or x-ray so that we can guide you better.
