I am suffering from asthma. Now I am using inhaler daily. So kindly tell me the side effects of inhaler?? Is it safe or not??

Dear lybrate user, inhalation route of drug administration is very effective with minimal side effects when compared with oral/tablet mode of medication. Majority of asthma patients uses two types of drugs. Drugs which dilates airway (broncho dilators like salbutamol) & inflammation stoppers (steroids like budesonide). Side effects are very minimal. If you r using a steroid please wash your mouth with water after inhalation of the drug.
