Sir, you live in delhi, please search on google and find a psychiatrist near you and consult in clinic. Psychiatric medications are not for on and off treatment. Please carry your past prescriptions and investigations to the psychiatrist during visit. As you have benefited from treatment in past so I see no reason that you won't benefit now.

It is our perception that can change our current negative situation into a healthy & positive one. Another way of perceiving these feelings of frustration can be by looking at them as an opportunity to push ourselves to go that little extra mile until we achieve our objective. The incident with the signature is only a trigger. You have quite a serious problem and need to continue your medication along with some counseling. You must meet with another doctor if the current one is not traceable. Symptoms like these can be created too. You may have a family history to look into and if you take your parents along to meet with a counselor this information along with childhood contributors can be explored as well. You don't mention your age nor how long you have been on this treatment! the counseling gives you an avenue to work with your emotional issues and you will develop skills in coping with the everyday challenges that life throws at you. I hope your visits to the psychiatrist were regular and the medication has been frequently reviewed during whatever years you have used them. You need to be occupied, and fit into a routine of interesting activities every day. Yoga and meditation are also necessary to train your brain to be disciplined. Exercise always plays a stabilizing role and is the most holistic medicine besides. Since the disturbed mind is regularly perturbed by unreal fears, a reality check through counseling will help you discern fact from fiction. Your socializing and maintaining steady relations is the hallmark of a good recovery program. If I am to assume that there were no relapses during this period in treatment, then that is a good sign too. This means that your condition has remained stable all of these years except for the symptoms you describe! now go to the next level along with therapy and you can look forward to a more functional and productive lifestyle.
