I am 20 year old and have hypertension and taking telvas beta 50 mg and from past 2 weeks I am feeling chest pain on heart side and left hand pain. What should I do.

Mean you have hypertension from 18 years of age, get your self evaluated properly by cardiologist. Go for ecg and echocardiography to see thickness of heart and doppler renal (ultrasound) to rule out narrowing of renal arteries becoz s per history you r a young hypertensive and that too on dual antihypertensive medicines.
